In my role as a Senior Vice President in Industrial Leasing and Sales, my primary focus is to lease and sell industrial property throughout the Twin Cities. I am truly dedicated to providing high-quality service to my clients.
I actively market industrial property and provide tenant representation services to clients of all types and sizes. For the properties I represent, I aggressively seek out prospective tenants, drawing on my network of industry contacts in a proven marketing formula.
My efforts are primarily focused on Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the north central suburbs of the Twin Cities. In-depth market analysis and site searches enable me to assist clients in locating the best equipped, most affordable real estate solutions.
In 2003, my team took over the leasing assignment for the MSP Midway Industrial Park, a 1.9 million-square-foot industrial portfolio owned by Clarion Partners. At that time, the portfolio was 66% occupied. It is now over 98% occupied and has been so since early 2007.
I represented American Preclinical Services in 2006 in its relocation to its new headquarters, a 44,000 square foot industrial facility. Since then, I’ve assisted this client with three additional real estate requirements.
Since joining Colliers International, I have leased and sold over 20 million square feet. My current portfolio includes over 3.5 million square feet of industrial space for lease.
