I am a Vice President with Colliers International | South Carolina, specializing in the leasing, sales and development advisory services for industrial properties across the Upstate. In order to deliver successful results, I strive to fully understand my client’s goals and objectives – not just in real estate but the company as a whole. Thus, along with my experience in both brokerage and development, I provide clients a unique perspective to their real estate decisions. My focus is not just on the transaction nor how real estate can save a client money, but also how it can make them money by capitalizing on the operational abilities that a building and location offers. This provides a clearer path to making a deal in which everyone wins.

With my seasoned experience in both brokerage and development and with my proven track record of providing innovative solutions to meet corporate objectives, I offer an advantage that clients seek out. I strive to fully understand what a tenant needs and then relay that between them and the landlord. This provides a clearer path to making a deal in which everyone wins.

Accomplishments

In my career, I have been responsible for the planning, acquisitions and implementation of more than 20 industrial parks across the Southeast. I am responsible for over 20 million square feet of vertical development of Class A industrial space, including manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment and e-commerce-related build-to-suit facilities. Over 130 different clients have relied on me to manage the start-up and implementation of their facilities. My diverse background brings invaluable experience and understanding that allows me to meet the needs of tenants, developers and investors.

Everyone has a responsibility to give back to our community through time and resources and so I try to actively serve the community, currently holding board-level positions with The Humanities Council SC, The Piedmont Club in Spartanburg and Clemson University Board of Visitors. I also enjoy spending time in the Greenville area by attending concerts and fly fishing on the river.
