Graham joined Colliers in May 2010, working closely with the Global People Officer on Global People Services process, program and strategic alignment with overall organizational goals. In June 2015, Graham shifted his focus into North America where he now leads People Services Strategy & Operations for the region and is an integral part of North America's M&A activity, leading the HR-specific due diligence and integration activity as new entities are transitioned onto the Colliers platform. Graham also oversaw the implementation of Workday for North America, and currently manages the team responsible for Workday's sustainment and evolution.
Graham's background includes 20 years of HR experience ranging from Corporate/Manufacturing HR support and management at Avery Dennison Corporation to HR strategy consulting with Deloitte Consulting where he served large, global clients in the Entertainment, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Telecommunications, Energy and Technology industries.
