Professional Summary

Greg Moore is an Associate in Colliers International Retail Services Division representing both landlords and tenants throughout the State of Hawaii. He has been licensed in the State of Hawaii since 2014.  As a member of Hawaii’s largest commercial real estate brokerage team, Greg contributes a diverse professional background and represents the institutional insight of a great lineage of property experts.

Greg’s client service outlook is based upon integrity and intention, and leverages research and analysis to develop real estate solutions and scenarios upon financially sound deal structures.  Having grown up in the islands, he is inspired by the confluence of consumer trends from East and West.  With an understanding of the underlying economics of the retail industry, he seeks to bring the best from around the world to Hawaii’s back yard.  Embracing an ever changing landscape of the industry, and realizing the growing role of social responsibility in business, Greg parlays a broad spectrum of influence to accelerate the success of his partners and clients.

BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Growing up in East Oahu, Greg discovered an affinity for building and creating.  He took notice of the key role of numbers, and chose to pursue an education in finance over a promising music pathway. A graduate of Santa Clara University’s Leavey Business School in Northern California, Greg signed on with Deloitte & Touche’ Risk Advisory practice in Silicon Valley. There he honed financial skills and refined general business knowledge over the course of numerous engagements, including a Public Offering [IPO TIK: FTNT] in 2009.

Greg transplanted to the East Coast to spearhead Project Management & Property Administration functions of a major renovation and upmarket rebranding for the Hilton Head Health Institute.  In 2014, Greg returned to Hawaii, overseeing a portfolio of office property as a Real Estate Manager with CBRE where he managed a commercial portfolio of mixed used property, including a pair of office towers which he assisted in due diligence and ownership transition due to the sale of the asset. 

Beyond work and personal development, Greg considers travel to be the prime source of ongoing education; taking notice of culture and commerce while on the road, including numerous backpacking, cross-country treks and a stint living in Beijing.
