Hannah specializes in research capabilities, providing support for the Colliers Columbus Office, Industrial, Retail, and Multifamily Groups. She is responsible for executing data reports, maintaining a commercial property database, reporting quarterly trends, performing data analysis and utilizing statistical information to predict future behavior in the market.
She also assists the marketing and research director on special projects and corporate initiatives.

As the Director of Marketing & Research for the Columbus office, Dawn focuses on creating strategic marketing plans and processes while coaching and mentoring the marketing team and those who deal with communications and branding. She leads the corporate branding initiatives, internal communications as well as external client communications.
She began her career with Colliers in 2010 as a marketing specialist with the Office Services Group and in 2012 moved into the role of Marketing and Research Manager.
