Harry is a proven commercial real estate executive with over 25 years of transaction based experience, and has a proven track record for completing complex transactions across multiple property types throughout the US. Harry’s experience includes corporate real estate, tenant/landlord representation, and investment sales. Prior to Colliers, Harry was Associate Director of the National Office Group of Marcus & Millichap, and prior to that position, Harry was a Major Transactions Manager with AT&T Global Real Estate.  Together with strong financial analysis skills, Harry leverages a unique background in corporate real estate, and brokerage, to achieve solutions for clients  

 

Accomplishments

Harry has been involved in hundreds of leased and owned acquisitions and dispositions, valued in excess of $1.5 billion. While at AT&T Global Real Estate, Harry was the lead team member and negotiator for the sale and partial leaseback of the AT&T headquarters building at 32 Avenue of the Americas in downtown New York City. The building is 1.1 million square feet, and included an AT&T consolidation, and a 400,000 square foot lease-back.
