Heather Blankenship is the active Director of Business Development for Colliers International's Outdoor Hospitality/RV Group and owner of Pigeon Forge Jellystone Park, an award-winning family-friendly camping resort in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee
In addition to managing her portfolio of assets and working in brokerage, Heather is also the Chair for the ARVC Young Professional's organization, a board member for the National Association of RV Parks & Campgrounds, a highly sought after speaker at both manufactured housing and recreational vehicle national and state conferences, and is a former board member of the Tennessee Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Western Illinois University and is currently finishing up her MBA at Everglades University.
Heather is certified in Outdoor Hospitality Management, holds an Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching Certification, and has taken numerous courses on management, leadership, and business over the years.
