Heather Reich joined Colliers in 2011 as an Account Manager for the Corporate Solutions team, specializing in global portfolio management and global transaction management on behalf of multiple Corporate Solutions clients.  Heather’s primary responsibilities include client relationship management, account oversight, service line integration and management, performance tracking and improvement, strategic portfolio planning and portfolio analysis.  Her experience is focused on office tenant representation, transaction management and corporate client portfolio management.

Prior to joining Colliers, Heather was a Transaction Manager for CB Richard Ellis’ top producing Tenant Representation team in Atlanta, a position she held since 2008. Previously, Heather worked as a Client Services Specialist for one of CBRE’s leading Landlord Representation teams.  Heather began her career in the Commercial Real Estate business as an intern during her last year of school and, upon graduating from Georgia Tech, she transitioned to the position of Associate for The William B. Hare Company.

Accomplishments

Heather has over ten years of commercial real estate experience successfully executing commercial transactions of all sizes in numerous countries.  She has lead multiple site consolidation projects for her clients, creating efficiency, reducing occupancy area and costs, and improving quality of the clients’ work experiences in cities such as Santa Clara, California, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Shanghai, China and Tokyo, Japan.   As an example of her accomplishments, one of Colliers’ Corporate Solutions clients has enjoyed approximately $18M in savings over the last three years under Heather’s account management leadership; she also helped develop the tool that captures these ongoing savings.  Heather has been critical in implementing the use of technology and strategic innovations and incorporating these tools into the portfolio management for her clients.  Heather excels at cultivating long-term client relationships and becoming an expert in her client’s real estate needs and practices.  Additionally, she has experience in new business development, property listings and real estate strategy consulting.
