As a broker with Colliers International, I provide advisory services in both the sale and leasing of commercial real estate. I represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and companies building new facilities from the ground up. I am committed to adding value to my client’s projects, and building trust to create lasting relationships.
I focus mainly with industrial and office property types. This includes traditional office, as well as showroom, warehouse, and manufacturing buildings. I have experience working both sides of owner-user building sales, as well as selling leased investment property. I have helped a number of companies build new by assisting with land acquisition, and then connecting clients with the right general contractor for their project type.
For the properties I represent, I aggressively seek out potential tenants or buyers through a proven sourcing strategy. My tactics draw from industry relationships and local prospect information I have compiled since entering the business in 2012. Some of my strongest skills include canvassing, direct phoning, and face-to-face prospecting with companies in the marketplace. I leverage the information gained from these efforts to source deals and benefit my clients. For each of my listings, I create a targeted pool of buyers from my database of local businesses, identifying and contacting those who utilize the same type of property represented. I utilize the conventional marketing tactics employed by most agents, but additionally run a targeted phoning campaign to the local players who utilize the type of property represented. Conversely, when representing a buyer or tenant, I am frequently able to show them off-market properties they would never see otherwise. My willingness to take on dirty work separates me from competitors, and my clients routinely see the payoff when I locate deals directly.
