I manage a team of Real Estate professionals responsible for a portfolio of more than 30 retail properties in the Bay Area for our institutional and private equity clients. My service-oriented team is responsible for performing all aspects of retail property management including tenant relations, lease administration, building operations, renewal leasing, construction management and complex client reporting.

My team takes pride in identifying cost savings and revenue enhancement opportunities for our clients including establishing cost reduction programs for new store construction and remodels, to reducing operating costs through effective planning and negotiation of vendor contracts.

While cost control is critical, my team knows that successful tenant relations are key to the long-term success of a retail center. By establishing quality professional relationships from the outset, my team is able to ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction and stability which results in the timely collection of revenue and a reduction or elimination of delinquencies.

I am a seasoned real estate executive with over 25 years of Real Estate experience including more than 15 years with Colliers. I have extensive experience managing various product types including large regional malls, community and neighborhood shopping centers, and mixed-use projects as well as multi-tenant office buildings.

I also have an extensive sales background as a Global Sales Manager in the telecommunications industry, supporting Fortune 100 companies.

Bobbie joined the Colliers International team in May of 2007 and is the Director of Operations for the Colliers Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division headquartered in Walnut Creek. Working under the direction of Executive Managing Director, Tracey Johnson, she manages daily operations for the Northern California Real Estate Management Services offices in the SF Bay Area, Central Valley and Nevada.  

As part of the Senior Management staff, Bobbie is the liaison between the Corporate office and the local REMS team. She serves as an important resource to the property management team in areas of daily operations, administration, marketing, human resources/employee relations and office management.  She continues to provide sound leadership, practical knowledge and guidance while maintaining the commitment to service excellence that Colliers International is known for.
