Jamie Kendall serves as Vice President for Colliers International specializing in transaction management for the sale of multifamily properties in San Francisco.  With over ten years of commercial real estate experience, Kendall has completed transactions throughout the country and into Canada. She has executed over $735M in lease value transaction volume, including office, retail, and Times Square digital signage.  Prior to joining Colliers, Kendall quickly rose through the ranks at Vornado Realty Trust in Manhattan, serving as Vice President and an officer of the company.  During her tenure there, she closed multiple record-breaking deals.  Some of her career highlights include: a world-record rent deal on Fifth Ave, the most expensive street in the world; the largest lease signed in Manhattan in 2012 (Burlington Coat Factory); the 2nd most expensive rent deal in Manhattan in 2013 (Topshop, Fifth Ave); and set the record for the highest rent deal ever signed in Times Square (Sunglass Hut, Times Square, 2014). In 2014, Kendall spearheaded and pioneered the Northern California retail brokerage arm for JLL.  She was one of the top two producers in the division and successfully rolled out stores for high-end tenants like Farrow & Ball around the country.  At Colliers she has brought in some of the best names in the office and multifamily business, including USAA Real Estate, Robertson Stephens, and the number one co-living group in the entire world to represent across the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles markets.  In November 2018, Kendall joined the top selling apartment brokerage team in San Francisco with over 650 apartment and/or commercial buildings sold, totaling over 13,380 units and valued at over $3.580 Billion.
