Professional Summary

Prior to joining the Pleasanton office of Colliers International in August 2004, Jason worked in public accounting with a focus on International Taxation. Jason worked for both Ernst & Young and KPMG, two leading “Big 4” accounting firms. He spent one year (1996) in the KPMG office in Paris, France working in their International Expatriate Services Group (IESG) as a Senior International Tax Consultant. During this time, Jason traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Middle East as a function of his job there. 

In 1997 Jason joined AirTouch Communications as their International Tax Manager, maintaining tax oversight and planning for the Company’s international assignee population, which exceeded 250 individuals at the time. After 4 ½ years with Airtouch (later acquired by Vodafone), Jason decided to pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate, focusing on investment groups which catered to many of his former AirTouch clients and colleagues. In a relatively short period of time, he has been able to leverage his background in taxation and financial analysis into a very active career in Commercial Real Estate. Representing both buyers and sellers, Jason has closed over $100 million in real estate transactions in the past 2 years. His meticulous nature and familiarity with financial concepts has proven to be a rare asset to his clientele.
