My track record is over 40 years long and varied. It includes large scale office, mixed use and multi-family acquisitions, dispositions and development, management in a national investment real estate brokerage, consulting for a national accounting firm, CEO of my own real estate services company, and, of course, brokerage as an agent. I have performed or directly supervised over 500 closed transactions with an aggregate value approaching $2 billion.

2019 Q4 Northeastern Pennsylvania Office Market Research Report
The vacancy rate decreased during the fourth quarter to 9.0%, but remained higher than the 6.9% rate at the end of 2018. Class A occupancy improved slightly during 2019. Employment trends for office-occupying sectors trended downward during 2019, and the outlook remains weak for job growth. The exception is healthcare services, which continues to register employment gains and has a more favorable trends for growth.

2019 Q3 Northeastern Pennsylvania Office Market Research Report
The vacancy rate decreased during the third quarter from 10.4% to 9.6%. Both Class A and Class B space both registered vacancy decreases. The Class A vacancy rate dropped from 14.7% to 13.2% and the Class B rate decreased from 8.3% to 7.8%.

The vacancy rate continued to trend upward due to relocations and consolidations, rising from 8.0% to 10.4% in the second quarter. Geisinger’s move to the new office building in Pittston added vacancy at 60 Public Square, further increasing the supply of Class B space.
