Jeff Roberts has conducted numerous commercial real estate transactions in Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Oklahoma, Oregon, Washington, New Mexico, Idaho, Wyoming and Nevada.

Jeff has represented buyers to negotiate and purchase retail, land, office, and industrial properties valued at up to $3.3 million and represented sellers of businesses, sellers of retail, industrial, and multi-family properties in dispositions as high as $7.6 million.

Jeff has represented national, regional and local landlords and tenants in completing lease negotiations and transactions at enclosed regional malls, power retail centers, medical office buildings, industrial buildings (large and small), traditional office buildings, restaurant/fast casual/fast food buildings, community and neighborhood centers.

Jeff’s number one goal is always client satisfaction. He constantly delivers superior results for his investors, landlords, tenants and business entities by providing them with in-depth market and site information, strategies and financial analysis to aid them in making sound decisions. He has excellent business judgment and seasoned negotiation skills to help his clients maximize the value of their investments and assets. His personality, dependability and integrity lead to long-lasting relationships with his clients.

Before joining CBC Advisors and now Colliers International, Jeff worked in Salt Lake City for General Growth Properties (GGP) and Phillips Edison & Company, two well known and distinguished companies in the commercial real estate industry. General Growth Properties assigned Jeff the responsibility of leasing and stabilizing 17 properties in 6 Western states ranging from 77,000 to 225,000 square feet. Nine of the 17 properties were located along the Wasatch Front in Utah. Jeff was instrumental in generating and negotiating several deals with national and local retailers, office users and restaurants that positioned many of the properties favorably for disposition. He also leased regional enclosed malls and pads in Utah, Idaho, Washington,and Wyoming with GLA up to 775,000 square feet.

At Phillips Edison & Company, Jeff was assigned the leasing responsibilities for seven neighborhood and community properties ranging in size from 76,000 to 195,000 square feet. He was influential in securing several retailers, office users and restaurants to stabilize and increase the value of these assets before most of them were sold.

Prior to his commercial real estate career, Jeff worked for Xerox Corporation as a major account sales representative.  He had responsibility for all State of Utah government agencies, quasi-state agencies, and some cities/counties. He achieved President’s Club, Par Club, and VP/GM awards for his consistent results and outstanding customer service.
