Professional Summary

I am a Chief Engineer in Colliers | Indianapolis Real Estate Management Services division, overseeing the maintenance and building operations of a large diverse portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties. My responsibilities include oversight of all contractors in the buildings, supervision of construction on the premise, input with the annual budgeting process, 24/7 emergency response, response to all maintenance requests from building tenants, and preventative maintenance on all building equipment.
