Senior Investment Sales Analyst
As a Senior Investment Analyst, Jennifer plays a role in the sale process of investment real estate from start to finish. She is primarily focused on the underwriting and marketing of assets on the Wisconsin Investment Services Team. Some of her main duties include producing broker opinion of values, ARGUS Enterprise modeling and analyses, creating offering memorandums and teasers, investor research, marketing campaigns and coordinating due diligence. In addition, Jennifer is also responsible for tracking cap rate data and sales comparables as well as creating investment updates and property-specific marketing pieces.
Jennifer has a strong history of finance, marketing and real estate. Before joining Colliers in 2012, she began her career in 2007 at a Cushman and Wakefield affiliate. Jennifer has continued to enhance her knowledge and skills throughout the years. She completed the ARGUS Enterprise Certification Program in 2019 and is on track to obtain her CCIM designation in late 2020.

Tom is a Partner at Colliers International | Wisconsin and he is the leader and founder of the firm’s Wisconsin Investment Services Team. Tom has over eighteen years of commercial real estate experience. His work focuses on advising institutional and private investors on strategies to maximize their real estate value. He has won numerous industry awards for brokering the disposition and acquisition of some of the highest profile transactions completed in Wisconsin. In both 2016 and 2019 Tom earned Colliers International’s pretigous Everest Club award, which annually recognizes the top 10% of producers across the Americas. He has been the top producer in the Wisconsin office over the last 5 year period (2015 to 2019).
In addition to being a company leader, Tom is also a leader in the southeastern Wisconsin business community. For seven years he served on the board of directors for the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW), and in 2014 he was elected Chairman of the organization. He served for many years on the board of directors for the CCIM Wisconsin Chapter and he's involved with two nonprofit NGOs that focus on development in the Third World. Tom volunteers as a mentor for both the NAIOP Wisconsin Chapter and the Colliers Wisconsin 360 internship program. Tom’s areas of expertise include investment sales, negotiations, contract review, buyer and seller representation, ARGUS valuation analysis, feasibility analysis, and development analysis.

Joe is part of the Colliers | Wisconsin Investment Services practice group and the firm’s expert in multi-family assets and land disposition.
Joe began his career in real estate brokerage in 1994. After 3 years in new construction sales, he absorbed the responsibilities of project manager for a land development firm. During the next decade he gained vast experience in land acquisition, entitlement, and development.
After joining Colliers in 2009 in the midst of the real estate recession, Joe worked closely with several banks and local lenders on completion and disposition of broken residential developments all over southeastern Wisconsin. Joe continues this work post-recession. During the course of his 22-year career in real estate, Joe has acquired priceless skills and knowledge. His areas of expertise include valuation and disposition of multi-family, residential land, redevelopment, mixed use, and assisted living assets.
Joe’s insight is constantly sought by coworkers and friends of the firm. He is regularly among the top producing brokers in Wisconsin.

Adam Connor is a Senior Vice President with the Investment Services Brokerage Group.
With over 13 years of experience, Adam represents private, corporate and institutional clients in the disposition and acquisition of retail investment properties. He specializes in the sale of Retail, Mixed-Use and Net-Lease properties working with clients based primarily in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Adam has sold properties across Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana and Texas.
Prior to joining Colliers, Adam was a Vice President Investments at Marcus & Millichap. Since 2013 Adam has successfully closed over $160 million in investment properties. Adam prides himself on providing his clients with superior market knowledge and transaction expertise.
Client Services Coordinator | Investment Services
As a Client Services Coordinator, Samantha performs a wide variety of specialized and complex tasks in support of the Colliers | Wisconsin Investment Services Team. Samantha designs and manages a variety of marketing and promotional materials including, broker value of opinions, offering memorandums and teasers. She also assists with the compilation of research materials, and provides additional brokerage support services to ensure the success of each project in which she is involved.
As a Financial Analyst at Colliers | Wisconsin, Nate provides support to both the Research and Investment Sales team. In his role, he compiles and analyzes data to support team members and clients in real estate decisions. Additionally, Nate assists with lease and sales comparisons, investor research, broker opinion of values, and Argus Enterprise modeling and analyzing.
