Jennifer Kennedy serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Las Vegas Office of Colliers International. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations focusing on tenant/owner relations. Her property management background includes substantial experience in industrial portfolios, as well as office and retail properties. She has been with Colliers International since 2007. Being a native of Las Vegas, she has used her knowledge of this market to great effect for Colliers and her clients. Jennifer has worked with institutional real estate investors including: Invesco, Brixton Capital, Watt Companies, LNR Partners, C-III Captial Partners and Bridge33 Capital. She brings determination, vision and creativity to bear as she treats every asset as if it were hers. Working various private equity and institutional owner/developers, Jennifer embraces the Colliers emphasis on facilities management, tenant retention, controlled expense reduction and aesthetic enhancement.
Jennifer received Employee of the Year at Colliers International in 2011. She also received recognition at Colliers International in 2012 of 5 years of dedicated service.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 1997 at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ.
Memberships & Involvements
Jennifer has been involved for several years in the Annual Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Golf Tournament, which benefits numerous charities with the proceeds remaining in the Las Vegas area as well provide IREM educational scholarships. She is a memeber of the Links for Life Foundation, a non-profitable charitable organization dedictated to raising and distributing funds to disadvantage children in Southern Nevada. In addition, her father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's at an early age, which has led to her active involvement and fundraising for the Alzheimer's Assocation. While her son played little league with Paseo Verde Little League, she has served on their Board as the Registration Coordinator.
Assistant Property Manager
Christine began her career in Property Management in 2012 after obtaining her degree from the University of Maryland. As with many newcomers in the Property Management business, Christine's first position was as an Assistant Property Manager with Empire Leasing in Washington D.C. where she was responsible for the day-to-day operatins of fourteen office buildings. After relocating to Las Vegas in 2014, she joined Commercial Executives Real Estate Services, where she was the Executive Assistant to the President and Senior Vice President. Following that she was a Property Assisrtant with Avison Young. Christine joined Colliers International as an Assistant Propoerty Manager in August of 2019.
Valerene is a Property Assistant for the Las Vegas office of Colliers International. She joined the Property Management team in 2017. As a property assistant she handles the daily interactions with tenants, vendors and owners for Retail, Office and Industrial space. She works closely with the property manager to ensure the buildings are properly maintained and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Valerene started in the Property Management industry working for several years as an administrative assistant at a Residential Property Management Company in Hawai'i, before moving back to Las Vegas and joining Colliers International. She brings years of administrative experience in dealing with tenants, vendors and management.
In 2006 she was employed at an Insurance company in the administrative department, there she worked closely with Real Estate & Facilities and the Corporate Legal department. In that role she gained a wealth of knowledge in facilities, procuring services, contracts and vendor compliance.
Valerene will be working towards furthering her career in the Property Management field.
Director of Operations
Angelina serves as Director of Operations for the Property Management division of the Las Vegas office of Colliers International. Angelina provides nineteen years of experience in the Las Vegas commercial real estate market. Throughout Angelina’s career she has been an expert in tenant relations/retention in regards to retail, office & industrial assets. Angelina also specializes in big box retail property management, lease negotiations, and construction management.
Angelina is involved with several charitable organizations such as Links for Life Foundation, Broken Chains, Three Square and Candlelighters. These organizations contribute charitable donations to the hungry, homeless and children with cancer throughout Southern Nevada.
Assistant Property Manager
