Jeremy began his real estate career by buying and selling residential homes. He joined Colliers International in 2014 as an Associate with the Retail Services Group whose area of expertise includes both landlord and tenant representation, land & outparcel brokerage, and asset disposition. Jeremy works together with long time top producer, Gary Montour. Their “team approach” promotes opportunities for clients through the sharing of information and cross marketing to a much larger pool of potential buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. This exposure ultimately results in more deals closing, and getting top dollar for our clients.

• Since starting with Colliers, Jeremy has helped facilitated over $13 Million in sales, and over $8 Million in leasing transactions

• Facilitated Loan originations of over $130 million

Education:

Jeremy attended the University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.

He is a state of Florida Certified Contractor (Inactive) CRC1330366 and a licensed real estate agent since 2010​

Memberships & Involvements:

Jeremy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and serves on Jacksonville’s NextGen Committee. He is also active with the Urban Land institute (ULI) where he serves on the Membership Committee and is a member of the Young Leaders Group. He is half-way through the curriculum to earn his CCIM designation.
