Professional Summary

Jeremy Snow is a native of Portland, Oregon and grew up in Astoria along the northwest Oregon Coast.  He graduated high school from Astoria as Valedictorian and attended Willamette University from 1994 to 1998, graduating with a degree in Chemistry. 

After college, Jeremy worked for Arthur Andersen LLP as an appraiser for 4 years and has worked at Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services since August 2002. Jeremy has 12 years of general appraisal experience and has worked on all commercial property types.  He is currently a Valuation Services Director of the Portland CIVAS office and is the Multifamily Team Director covering Oregon and Southern Washington. The Multifamily team completes a significant number of conventional apartment appraisals (including Fannie Mae and Freddie MAC work), and Jeremy specializes in rent restricted properties including LIHTC and contract based projects.  Jeremy’s team also specializes in LIHTC market studies and consultation/litigation assignments focusing on multifamily uses throughout the Northwest.

Accomplishments

Jeremy's team appraises the most apartments in the State of Oregon and has a specialization in affordable housing.  Jeremy has the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
