As Senior Vice President of Colliers International | Wisconsin Corporate Solutions Group, Jim is responsible for the strategy and full delivery of real estate projects on behalf of his clients. From project planning to commencement through completion, Jim is effective in directing and executing projects that align with his client’s overall business goals, budget and timeframe. He manages the relationships and flow of information from the client, design team, consultants, suppliers and contractors while simultaneously accounting for the project budget, schedule, site safety and quality control issues.
With over 27 years of commercial real estate experience, Jim’s in-depth knowledge allows him to identify and solve his client’s real estate needs. His past experience is vast as Jim has worked on a variety of projects across different industries including: commercial, healthcare, educational and multi-family residential development projects.

Client Services Coordinator
As a Client Services Coordinator, Robin provides ongoing management of real estate activities for clients of the Colliers Wisconsin Corporate Solutions and Occupier Advisors Teams.
She provides an elevated level of diligence through her core responsibilities including: preparation of listing contracts, administration of client specific contract documentation including engagement letters and project scopes, preparation and administration of all required documentation related to real estate consulting and transaction processes, such as, project initiation, request for proposals, letters of intent, proposal comparison packages, lease administration and creation of marketing and promotional materials. Robin orchestrates the team’s efforts on all facets of the real estate process to fulfill consulting, project management and transactional duties. She develops and oversees client technology databases used to administer portfolios, client engagements and varied, detailed transactional information thus integrating an advanced technology platform with client needs.

Joe's diligent work ethic has earned him the respect of his clients and peers alike. As Director of Colliers International | Wisconsin Corporate Solutions Practice Group Joe is responsible for strategy and leadership of the Corporate Solutions business line.
Corporate Solutions includes Integrated Client Services, Corporate Finance and Feasibility Analysis, Research, Lease Administration, Transaction Management, Project Management and integration with the Facilities Management Platform.
Joe and his colleagues work to craft and execute customized real estate solutions for clients. They provide seamless accountability through an account management structure integrating many commercial real estate services.
Prior to joining Colliers, Joe was involved in the conservation side of real estate working for The Conservation Fund in their land acquisition department. Joe focused on tax credit allocation, zoning regulation and acquisition of large-scale land tracts
