A market leader in the commercial brokerage industry in Southern California and SIOR president, I got started in the business in 1986. Focusing on industrial product in North Los Angeles from the San Fernando Valley to Ventura County, I have developed deep market knowledge and enduring relationships that continue to make the difference my clients value and expect.

After more than three decades of hard work, I have earned a reputation for honesty, integrity and, not least of all, performance. In the past 10 years, my team and I have completed transactions totaling more than 20 million square feet and $1 billion. We work with parties on a wide variety of transaction types to buy, sell and lease manufacturing and other industrial properties.

One of the best parts of my job is my team – people who strive every day to be at the top of our game.  For every client—buyer, seller, landlord or tenant—we work smart to achieve their goals and create an environment for predictive results. We pride ourselves on being well-versed on the users and tenants in the market, and on having solid relationships with prominent landlords. And though I enjoy the thrill of winning as much as the next guy, I also truly enjoy the process. Anytime I can solve a challenge or positively affect a client’s bottom line is a great win in my book.
