Creative Design Manager
Johnny works at Colliers as a Marketer and Graphic Designer, where he plans and creates a variety of real estate marketing materials, including brochures, pitches, architectural photography, videography, web design, and VR experiences. He works closely with brokers, landlords, and decisionmakers, using the most up to date design techniques, to create compelling and unique experiences. He is an avid photographer and a follower of the cutting edge in content creation.

Senior Research Manager
Erin Proto joined Colliers International’s San Francisco Office in December of 2013. She heads up the research department and is responsible for authoring office, multifamily and retail research reports. She is responsible for the management of all data collection, quality control, aggregation, analysis, interpretation and timely reporting of market information and trends. Prior to Colliers, Ms. Proto served as Director of Research at Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank (C&C) for the Walnut Creek and Pleasanton offices. Before joining C&C, she worked for Grubb & Ellis as Vice President, Director of Research & Marketing in the East Bay and San Francisco offices. During her eleven years at Grubb & Ellis, she mananged the companies research and marketing efforts, including managing the research and marketing team, was responsible for the database, market analysis, quarterly and forecast reports, creation of key proposals and presentations. She was also responsible for all direct marketing functions of the office including collateral material development, communications, web presence, social media marketing, public relations, forecast events and conventional advertising.
Chris Pham joined Colliers International in January of 2019. He is responsible for collaborating with all departments to provide data analysis and help produce market publications.
Prior to working at Colliers, Chris was a marketing coordinator at Coldwell Banker, where he worked closely with agents on their marketing collateral, websites, and lead trainings on new market tools. Mr. Pham also has experience in the medical field, where he was responsible for both the marketing and patient services care.
Outside of his working hours, Chris is passionate about fitness and health. He is a 5 time Spartan Race Trifecta finisher, and has consistently placed in the top 20% of his solo races.
