Assistant Vice President
Jonathan Bryant serves as an Assistant Vice President for the Multi-Family Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Bryant is responsible for the execution of acquisition, disposition, and joint venture investment strategies in the Greater Boston area.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Mr. Bryant served as analyst at Boston Realty Advisors where he assisted the Capital Markets team with financial analysis, valuation, and coordination of due diligence materials.
Mr. Bryant has been involved in over 60 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1 Billion.

Executive Vice President
Christopher Sower joined Colliers International in 2016 and serves as the Senior Vice President for the Multi-Family Advisory Group. In this capacity, Mr. Sower is dedicated to the creation and execution of acquisition and disposition strategies, and joint venture opportunities in middle-market multi-family investments on behalf of clients throughout the Northeast.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Sower served as Managing Director & Senior Partner at Boston Realty Advisors, where he focused on the valuation, marketing, and sale of multi-housing properties throughout the Northeast.
Mr. Sower has also held positions at Cushman & Wakefield, CB Richard Ellis | New England, and Boardwalk Properties.
Assistant Vice President
After graduating from Merrimack College in 2016, I joined Colliers International Boston as an intern with the Urban Brokerage leasing team. Based on strong performance in that role, I was hired shortly thereafter and devoted most of my time representing tenants throughout the Boston and Cambridge markets. My time with the Urban Brokerage team helped me build a strong foundation and understanding of the complexity of the Boston marketplace as well as the commercial real estate industry as whole. In 2018, I transitioned from the leasing arena to the investment sales side of the business with a focus on the disposition of multi-family assets in and around Greater Boston.
As a member of the Multi-Family Advisory Group, I work with a variety of clients, including national developers, high net worth family businesses, and local owners and operators. No matter who our team is representing, we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of customer service, from valuation, through the marketing process, and up to and beyond the successful disposition of the asset.
Outside of the office, I enjoy golf, basketball, spending time on Cape Cod, and of course, rooting for our local Boston sports teams.
Senior Vice President
Mr. Lusa joined Colliers International in 2018 and serves as the Vice President of the Multifamily Investment Sales team. In this capacity, he specializes in the valuation, marketing and sale of multifamily investment, land and development properties throughout New England.
Prior to joining Colliers, Bruce focused on the sale of commercial property, including office, industrial, shopping centers, urban retail and land sites in New England, while a Vice President on the Capital Markets team at CBRE/New England.
Prior to rejoining CBRE/New England in 2012, Bruce served in acquisition and asset management roles with Northland Investment Corporation, a private real estate equity firm, and Heritage Property Investment Trust (NYSE: HTG), one of the nation's largest shopping center REITs.
Bruce began his career in 2001 at CBRE/New England as a member of the Retail Investment Sales team assisting in the sale of retail properties of all types, including institutional, private capital, shopping centers, mixed-use, malls and high street retail.
