Jordan Baruch joined Colliers International in 2012 as an associate and specializes in corporate advisory services for sales and leasing transactions.  Upon joining the firm, Mr. Baruch immediately made an impact on the company as a driven and determined young professional.  He focuses on creating strategic and innovative solutions for a variety of his corporate clients. In a short period of time, Jordan was able to distinguish himself through his knowledge of the market and his strong “feel” for the business.  In 2014, as a result of his passion and dedication to his work, Jordan was promoted to a Director.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Baruch has been an extremely diligent salesperson, bringing a high level of energy and expertise to servicing his clients.  He is currently part of a seasoned team of professionals who focus on sales and leasing in the Queens, Brooklyn and Long Island Marketplace.  Mr. Baruch conducts most of his business locally, as well as across the United States and Globally.

Jordan currently resides in Manhattan, NY.  He has been involved in many community service projects and regularly attends conferences and networking events.  He is an active member of the Commercial Industrial Broker Society as well as ICSC.  He actively volunteers for Atlantic Beach Rescue and has also donated his time to the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life and Northwell’s Every Woman Matters Walk.

Mr. Baruch holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University at Buffalo with a focus in Real Estate Administration.
