As an Account Manager, Jordan drives our clients’ transaction management and brokerage services strategy nationally and globally.  He partners with local market experts to ensure Colliers provides the best possible solution for our clients through minimizing occupancy costs, selecting the right site for your business, expanding, contracting or disposing of facilities, renegotiating a lease or opening doors on a new space for the first time. 

Jordan combines his in-depth market knowledge with sophisticated financial tools, site selection mapping and move management techniques to deliver the most efficient and effective tactical implementation for our clients’ tenancy needs. 

He ensures that all service lines provided to a client are organized and managed to suit our clients’ expectations.  Leveraging his analytical background, he relies on his knowledge of strategic planning, negotiations and deal structures, mergers and acquisitions, forecasting and reporting, business planning, capital finance, and budgeting to help clients develop a real estate strategy that supports their long term goals.

He has worked on a wide range of projects including lease management and negotiation, strategic planning and portfolio management, site selection, build-to-suit, and lease representation in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions of the world.  His expertise in these areas has provided value and cost saving to our clients.  His thoroughness and strength in client communication demonstrate a high standard for customer service and driven results.  With his collaborative nature and ability to problem solve, he is an effective real estate advisor and a true tenant advocate. 

Prior to joining Colliers in 2014, Jordan was a member of the North American Acquisitions group at Heitman – one of the largest pension fund advisors in the world.  There he was responsible for the underwriting, due diligence and closing of over $1.25 billion of transaction volume across all property types.  This extensive background provides a unique perspective when servicing our corporate clients.
