Josh is a member of Colliers Philadelphia's retail group working throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His concentrations are Tenant and Landlord representation throughout the market.  Josh has worked with a wide array of organizations from start up businesses to Fortune 50 companies in helping develop local and national roll out plans, site selection, lease negotiations, and land/pad site developments.

In Josh's working with Landlords he has successfully leased all forms of retail from: shopping centers, street retail, factory outlets, student campus centers, strip centers, and ground development.  Through this process Josh has been able to work with national and local ownership groups to decrease vacancy rates, drive up rental rates and increase property value through new construction developments.
