With 19 years of industry experience, she represents clients in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily assets throughout the greater Bay Area. Kalah’s clients include private investors, local syndicators as well as large pension funds and some of the largest REITs in the country.
Kalah was promoted in 2017 and currently serves as a Vice President of the Capital Markets | Multifamily team, based in the San Francisco office. Kalah and the Capital Markets Multifamily team has closed over $300,000,000 in Bay Area multifamily transactions over the past 24 months. Kalah’s track record includes properties ranging from 10-300+ units. Recent clients include Interstate Equities, Prado Group, Alamo Equities, Sares Regis Apartments, MG Properties, Abacus Capital Group, Montgomery Partners, and Aimco.
Prior to joining Colliers, Kalah spent five years as a Regional Business Development Manager with an international commercial real estate management firm. In her first year as a broker, Kalah achieved the Rookie of the Year Award for Colliers San Francisco.

Ryan's clients include private investors and local sydicators as well as large pension funds and some of the largest REITs in the country.
Mr. Wagner has personally executed over 125 multifamily dispositions throughout the greater Bay Area with an aggregate dollar amount of over $1.16 billion dollars, representing the sale of over 4,100 units. Ryan’s transaction list includes multifamily sales from 10-300+ units, and as one of the leaders of the Bay Area Multifamily Group, he is involved with over $250 million dollars in multifamily and mixed-use transactions annually.

Brandon M. Geraldo specializes in the sale of multifamily assets throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, with an emphasis on Alameda and Contra Costa counties. With over 12 years of experience, Brandon has developed relationships with many of the area's most prominent multifamily property owners.
Brandon has personally closed over $650,000,000 in multifamily transactions and continues to be one of the top brokers in the entire Bay Area. By specializing in one product type and sub-market, Brandon can offer unique localized services including research and consulting. Brandon prides himself on being a reliable source of information for investors seeking cutting edge information.
Prior to joining the Multifamily Investment Sales Team at Colliers in the San Francisco office, Matt was an Asset Management Analyst for Fowler Property Acquisitions where he managed a multifamily portfolio of properties located across the U.S. comprised of 100 total assets and 25,000 total units. At Fowler, he also underwrote and processed over $500M of supplemental and refinance loans on multifamily assets across the U.S. Before working for Fowler, Matt worked for Redwood Trust as a commercial real estate loan originator and worked on a team that was responsible for $500M of senior CMBS and balance sheet mezzanine loans on multifamily, retail, office, self-storage, hotel and industrial properties in the U.S. within a group that nationally produced approximately $2.5 billion during the same time. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Southern California.
Client Service Coordinator
Lena is the Client Service Coordinator for the Multifamily Investment Services team. She is a resourceful and performance-driven professional with an extensive background in residential and commercial real estate. Lena provides internal support including property proposals, escrow management, presentations, project reports, market knowledge, and research.
Before joining Colliers, Lena spent 7 years with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. She managed a team that oversees over 400+ real estate agents in the Bay Area including top-producers from San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Santa Cruz, Monterey Bay and Carmel Valley. She worked with team members and vendors to help execute a comprehensive marketing program that marries leading-edge technology with meticulous personalized service to offer customized and automated property listing marketing which includes online digital branding, print/television advertising, and social media platforms.
Her other previous work experience includes working with Apple Inc, Alpha Media Inc, Security Industry Specialists, East Valley Family YMCA, and the City of San Jose.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and donates much of her spare time giving back to her community.
