As Director of Project Management Services for Colliers International, Karen works closely with her clients to understand their specific real estate needs and provide guidance to them. A prominent member of the Twin Cities real estate community, Karen brings over 20 years of experience in managing projects for a variety of businesses.

From project commencement to occupancy and beyond, Karen takes her clients step-by-step through the entire real estate process, helping them make decisions that will ensure the smoothest transition possible. By listening and quickly evaluating a client’s needs, Karen can provide high-quality project management with quick turnaround, remaining accountable through the entire process.

Karen has worked on a variety of projects in different industries, including commercial, industrial, financial, hospitality, senior housing, healthcare, and more. Recently, she was appointed the position of Director of Project Managment Services, and leads a team of four project managers.

Karen is an active member of the Twin Cities community, serving on a variety of boards and committees. As the recent chair of the Education Committee for the USGBC Minnesota chapter, Karen developed programs to bring about more community awareness. She has also volunteered for Projects for Pride in Living, a Minneapolis non-profit organization dedicated to empowering low-income residents to become self-reliant through integrated services. Being involved in the community helps Karen stay on top of the constantly evolving needs of all types of businesses and organizations, and keeps her abreast of the current trends and issues surrounding the Twin Cities.
