Analyst, Lease Administration
I oversee the firm’s lease administration platform, directing all rent and subtenant management processes, year-end operating expenses audits, property tax appeals, lease analysis, and document management. I maintain department processes and multiple technology platforms to provide accurate, on-demand real estate information to support portfolio planning and real estate strategy. I partner with other Corporate Services professionals to best integrate and support ongoing relationship management of all clients.
I bring a deep skillset, with over 16 years of real estate experience. I started my career in residential real estate working for Century 21. Transitioning to the commercial sector, I worked for leading national commercial property owners/developers. Prior to joining Colliers, I was a Lease Administrator with Kite Realty Group. And previous to that, I worked with Simon Property Group as a Senior Analyst in the Financial Operations Department. In those roles, I was responsible for accounting, administering billings, and dispute resolution.
