Senior Property Manager
License # CA-02016903
I have more than ten years of commercial property management experience and I am currently responsible for the management of a diverse portfolio of Bay Area office and industrial properties totaling approximately 775,000 square feet. Additionally, I’m assisting with the management of nearly 2 million square feet of light industrial and warehouse properties located in the East Bay. I am directly responsible for every aspect of management and strategic planning for my portfolio.
Before joining Colliers, I spent 10 years at the Cranbrook Group, Inc. My duties as Property Manager included all aspects of the management of a portfolio of office, industrial and R&D properties totaling more than 885,000 square feet, including the management of a 12-story Class-A high-rise building located in Oakland, CA. My professional experience includes building operations management, lease administration, preparation of detailed budgets, CAM reconciliations and financial reporting. In addition, I was responsible for overseeing capital improvements and tenant improvements, as well as establishing and maintaining strong tenant and vendor relations.
Prior to entering commercial property management, I spent six years working with the investor group at Cranbrook. In this role, I was the primary contact for the company’s investors, prepared quarterly distributions, filed tax forms and published the quarterly newsletter. I was adept at researching and compiling the data necessary to complete the investor packages.
