Kathy has over thirteen years commercial real estate business development experience. She specializes in marketing, research and client services. Kathy produces high quality property marketing materials, proposals, financial analysis for investment properties, web site development, database management, ownership and property research and client support. She is knowledgeable in the use of real estate software programs and websites and is instrumental in the maintenance and advertising of property listings.
Prior to joining Colliers, Kathy had over 18 years of professional administrative experience specializing in transactional real estate law and office management.

Mr. Cizik has been involved in the construction, development, financing and brokerage of real estate for over thirty years; specializing since 1997 in office tenant representation and income property sales. With Colliers for over 22 years, Mr. Cizik is both a Principal and Director, and has served multiple terms on the firm’s Governance Committee.
Prior to Colliers, Mr. Cizik was Vice President of Development for The Koll Company located in Newport Beach, CA (now KBS Realty Advisors), where he was responsible for the development and management of major multi-use commercial, residential and golf course projects. During the 1980’s, Mr. Cizik served as Vice President of Commonwealth Mortgage and later became the owner of a residential and commercial construction company.

Edward Edson is an office leasing broker responsible for providing advisory and transaction services to emerging companies, as well as large corporate clients on a local, national and international level. Since joining Colliers 13 years ago, he has only focused on consulting with office tenants and developing innovative strategies for his clients in investment sales. Edward’s diverse experience includes relocation, renewal, expansion, and disposition needs. He is a committed advisor helping clients make real estate decisions that are aligned with their strategic, financial, and operational objectives.
Edward joined Colliers International after his career with Hines Interests. While with Hines, Edward represented the owners of Bank of America Center’s 1.3 million SF and assisted with the nearly 2 million SF within One and Two Shell Plaza. Prior to his leasing assignments, Edward was responsible for property management within Hine’s 1100 Louisiana building’s 1.3 million SF and BMC’s state-of-the-art 1.5 million SF campus located in Houston’s Westchase market.

Chris Winters joined Colliers International in 1998. His career encompasses the disciplines of real estate investment, finance, management, and development. Chris has successfully closed more than $750 Million in transactions and leased over 1.4 million square feet of space.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Chris was Senior Vice President of NAB Asset Ventures. This firm was a pioneer in recognizing opportunities in the acquisition of distressed commercial real estate and mortgages. His responsibilities included the acquisition, enhancement and disposition of the firm’s real estate investments. Chris began his career with The Murphree Company, a national real estate developer based in Houston. From there he joined Texas Commerce Bank – Houston (now JP Morgan Chase) handling the management and disposition of the banks distressed commercial real estate assets (REO).
In 2012, 2013, and 2018, Chris was a Colliers' Everest Award recipient. This award, created in 2011, is bestowed upon the top 10% of all Colliers professionals in brokerage, valuation and corporate solutions across the U.S. business based on revenue production.

Mr. Gowell joined Colliers International in 2015 as a Senior Associate in the Office Tenant Representation Group, where he focuses on business development, lease negotiations and transaction management. He began his career with Axis Tenant Advisors, and then joined CBRE representing office tenants across a wide variety of industries in their space acquisitions and dispositions throughout Houston.
Leveraging his experience, Darren successfully negotiates for his clients in all phases of the office leasing process. He was chosen for his people skills, industry experience, market knowledge, and exceptional ability to bring the right opportunities to our clients.

Jordan Trout is with Colliers International’s Occupier Advisory team, solving real estate needs of companies on both a local and national scale. Jordan uses a holistic approach when representing his client’s best interests by providing them real estate solutions that ultimately support their bottom line. Jordan is known for his diligent work ethic and will dedicate his time to ensure expectations are met with clients.
Jordan considers himself a student of the industry and is constantly seeking ways to improve his craft when effectively negotiating on behalf of his clients. He continues to successfully develop a better understanding of the variables related to structuring an effective transaction as seen in both the eyes of the Landlord and Tenant. As such, Jordan has successfully navigated difficult scenarios by crafting solutions that achieve his client’s expectations.
Prior to joining Colliers International | Houston, Jordan graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration and a minor in Construction Engineering. Jordan is a proud Houston native and remains actively involved with Strake Jesuit’s Alumni Association and TTAA – Houston Chapter.

John specializes in industrial representation for logistics companies, manufacturing and corporate user’s of space. He works with his clients to execute cost reduction strategies, multi-market transactions, site selection, build to suit projects, disposition of surplus property and overall portfolio management.
John has negotiated over 800 transactions in his career totaling over One Billion dollars in transaction value. Responsible for assuring the client’s interests are represented, John has saved his clients an estimated 20% - 25% in total occupancy cost, as well as mitigating the client’s risk and exposure throughout each transaction.
Before joining Colliers International John was President of Douglas Development Partners.
John also served as the Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield and Senior Vice President at Transwestern during the course of his career.
Prior to the commencement of his commercial real estate career, John was a second round draft pick in the Major League Draft by the Colorado Rockies.
