About

Professional Summary

Before joining Colliers, Kathy Lesiuk, a seasoned real estate broker from Orlando, Florida, joined Serten Advisors with over 26 years of experience representing tenants in the office market and is no stranger to providing “Top Shelf Service” to her clients! Kathy started her real estate career in 1990 and became one of the top tenant representatives in Orlando, Florida. She specializes in managing and coordinating real estate projects for office relocations, expansions, contractions, sales, acquisitions, build-to-suit and negotiating lease renewals. Kathy believes in teamwork, working closely with clients to complete full market analysis and understand general market conditions. Unlike transaction oriented brokers, she functions as a consultant first, understanding the flow and operation of the business organization, and then guiding them through the complexities of the real estate market. As Vice President she oversees all elements for each real estate transaction, including developing requirements, budgets, project management, scope and schedules, making herself responsible for and in tune with all aspects of her clients’ needs.

In Orlando she represented such firms as Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and  Fiserv, CBS Worldwide Division, negotiating and coordinating on their behalf new leases, renewals, relocations and expansions which included a 200,000 SF build-to-suit award winning Class A office building in Lake Mary, Florida. After assembling the “Dream Team” of Real Estate Services Consultants, this Class A build-to-suit project was delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
