Kelly Perry joined the Colliers team in 2016 with a long history of providing accounting and administrative support in an executive environment. She is proficient in project accounting, employee training & development, data archiving and report analysis.
Supporting two property managers, Kelly is regularly interacting with tenants and contractors. She assists with lease administration, the preparation of monthly reports, monitoring age receivables and the assembly of financial packages. Kelly has excellent written/verbal communication skills and strives to create a positive experience for Colliers clients.
