My specializations are project leasing, building sales and tenant representation for industrial and office properties. As a vice president with Colliers International, I represent more than 1 million square feet of properties, as well as a number of high-profile national and local tenants. My focus is mid-bay industrial and flex office business parks; single- and multi-tenant industrial, and ground-up developments.

Taking a client-centric approach to each assignment, I ensure clients’ interests are kept in the forefront. I promote a collaborative environment between landlords and tenants, leading to successful negotiations on behalf of all parties.

Leveraging my extensive experience in site selection, market research, valuation and financial analysis, I develop real estate solutions to meet each client’s objectives. With an exemplary work ethic and attention to fiduciary responsibility, I exceed my clients’ expectations at every turn.  As a dedicated and trusted advocate, I serve as an extension of each client’s team, guiding them throughout the real estate process.

My diverse background and expertise have uniquely positioned me to expertly serve my clients’ varied requirements across multiple property types. Through strategic marketing and planning, I successfully match properties and tenants to deliver optimal results.

Serving my clients with reliability, integrity and in-depth market knowledge, I build long-term relationships and inspire referral confidence.

I represent both local owners and institutional REITs, including Stockbridge Capital Group, Starboard Realty Partners and GLP, among others. Tenant rep clients include local and national concepts, such as Dyson, BigTex Trailers, Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Glide Rite Corporation, and many more.

My background encompasses more than 10 years of commercial real estate and property management experience. Prior to joining Colliers, I was a director with Cushman & Wakefield for more than five years, specializing in landlord and tenant representation for the sale and leasing of industrial and flex properties.

My previous experience includes serving as a senior real estate manager with CAM Properties, as a member of CBRE’s Capital Asset Management group, and as a Realtor® with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International.

Greater Phoenix industrial net absorption ended Q2 up 2.7 MSF and 3.7 MSF year-to-date. Over-the-year vacancy increased only 70 bps to 7.7%. Under construction rose to 11.6 MSF. Asking rates increased nearly 4.2% over-the-year, reaching $0.58 PSF. The quarter closed with $320 million in sales volume.
