As a vice president with Colliers International, I represent more than 1 million square feet of properties, as well as a number of high-profile national and local tenants. My focus is mid-bay industrial and flex office business parks; single- and multi-tenant industrial, and ground-up developments.

Prior to joining Colliers, I was a director with Cushman & Wakefield for more than five years, specializing in landlord and tenant representation for the sale and leasing of industrial and flex properties.
My previous experience includes serving as a senior real estate manager with CAM Properties, as a member of CBRE’s Capital Asset Management group, and as a Realtor® with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International.

I joined Colliers in 2018, as the first participant in the Wheel Program, which is Colliers’ unique broker training initiative. This intense program paired me with different senior brokerage teams for a period of three to five months each, learning the ins and outs of each team’s commercial real estate business. This afforded me the opportunity to actively work and learn across various property types, including industrial, office, flex, land and more, while establishing myself in the marketplace, generating business and building relationships.
In addition to working with brokerage teams, I spent several months in the research department, where I tracked market activity, compiled data for quarterly research reports, and completed ad hoc research requests for brokerage and marketing.
My background includes serving as a tenant representation intern at JLL in Tempe, where I supported business development efforts and conducted market research, with a focus on emerging technology companies, office and industrial assignments. I provided market intelligence and analysis of buildings, site selection and demographics.
Client Services Coordinator
As a client services coordinator with Colliers International in Arizona, I provide comprehensive marketing services for several brokerage professionals, whose specializations encompass landlord and tenant representation, healthcare services, and the sale and leasing of industrial, office and retail properties.
Serving as an integral member of each broker’s team, I manage marketing, client services and administrative activities in support of the brokers’ clients, property listings and business development efforts. With a thorough understanding of real estate, I eagerly contribute ideas to increase each broker's business and visibility in the marketplace. As a detailed and focused professional, I thrive in the fast-paced, deadline-driven real estate environment. Through excellent time management, I keep the brokers on-time and on-course.
My responsibilities include designing print and digital marketing collateral, developing email marketing campaigns, maintaining CoStar property listings, compiling property tour books, coordinating broker and client meetings, and managing social media. I also prepare letters of intent, lease and sale documents, due diligence materials, and property activity reports.
My advanced skills include Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop, Constant Contact email marketing, CoStar, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, FileMaker Pro, and QuickBooks. I am dedicated to continually improving my skill set to enhance services to the brokers and their clients.
Having been around residential real estate for over 30 years, I learned from the back-end how real estate works, which serves me well in my role at Colliers. I also have nine years of experience with Assessment Appeals Services LLC, as an account manager in property tax appeals, which enabled me to develop appraisal skills for commercial properties through an income and market approach.
Prior to joining Colliers, I served as a marketing coordinator with Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, with responsibility for marketing, administrative and business development support to brokerage professionals. In that role, I created and modified marketing brochures, packages and offering memorandums; designed and distributed weekly email campaigns; and created virtual tours with Matterport technology.
My background also includes managing operations and compliance for RemX Specialty Staffing, and serving as seminar coordinator for Ellen Boyle Seminars, The Real Coach, LLC.
