Kevin was the founding Principal Broker and COO of CBC Advisors. Colliers International acquired CBC Advisors in 2017. Kevin served in this leadership capacity from 2013 into 2017 growing CBC Advisors from its Salt Lake City, Utah operations to 30 nationwide offices. In 2017 CBC Advisors was identified as the 23rd largest real estate company in the United States. Utah Business named him a Utah CXO of the year in 2016.
In 2017 Kevin co-founded Millcreek Commercial and affiliated commercial real estate funds. This group of companies develops and acquires high quality investment real estate and maintain a consistent inventory of NNN leased investment properties. As CEO, Kevin has grown this new operation into a national commercial real estate powerhouse focused on marketing Tenant In Common interests in qualiuty commercial real estate. Millcreek Commercial, the marketing entity of these companies, functions as a brokerage team within Colliers. The affiliated real estate funds are clients of the firm.
Prior to moving from brokerage into administration and eventually onto fund management, Kevin closed major real estate transactions in every discipline. His years of government consulting, brokerage and administration are an asset in all of his multiple endevors.
In addition to his work at Millcreek and Colliers, Kevin serves on the board of directors of The Friends of Liahona Foundation and the Jason Long Foundation. In addition, he and his family are Legacy members of the Brigham Young University Cougar Club.
Prior to transitioning into commercial real estate development, Kevin owned a government and public affairs consulting practice with clients in Oregon and Utah. In this capacity Kevin worked with local, state and federal governments. Kevin has worked as a consultant to numerous municipalities and politicians in both Oregon and Utah.
