Kim Gregor joined the Woodbridge, New Jersey office of Colliers International in March 2019 as a Transaction Coordinator working under Jacklene Chesler and the Woodbridge Investment Sales team. Kim handles marketing and coordinates administrative support for the Woodbridge Investment Sales team.
Kim holds a degree from New York University (2013) where she majored in Politics and minored in Gender and Sexuality Studies.
She also received a second Bachelor’s degree from University of South Florida (2016) where she majored in Speech & Language Pathology.
Senior Managing Director
Jacklene serves as Executive Managing Direcor and provides Investment Sales & Advisory expertise to institutional and private investors. She focuses on all major product types including Office, Industrial, Retail, Residential/Mixed Use and Land. She has vast experience in working with Special Servicers (Loan and REO teams), Asset Mangers and other Fidicuciary Agents on CMBS and balance sheet properties, and other type of distressed assets. She is also very active with marketing and selling properties via online auctions, most notable Tenx.com.
Jacklene is Executive Managing Director for Colliers International, joining the firm in 2013. Prior to Colliers, she was a Director for the NKF Capital Markets team in NJ from 2008 to 2013.
Executive Managing Director
Richard J. Madison is an Executive Managing Director in Colliers International’s northern New Jersey office. He has 30 years of commercial real estate experience in national and global corporate account services, focusing on tenant representation, disposition services and court-appointed receiverships.
Matthew Brown is a real estate finance professional with 17 years of experience across multiple real estate sectors and disciplines. He has been Integrally involved in over $3.5 billion of closed transactions specific to Investment Sales, Structured Debt/Equity, Loan Sale Advisory, and Asset Management.
As part of the investment sales team, Matt assists in business development, client engagement, management of financial analysts, underwriting and launch of assets, placement, and the closing process.
Matt started off his career in the early 2000s as a Structured Finance Underwriter for a publicly traded mortgage REIT and Private Equity Debt Fund underwriting Bridge, Mezzanine, B Note Purchases on multifamily, retail, office and hospitality assets nationwide. During the ‘Credit Crisis’ recession, Matt was a Vice President of Loan Sales at the Carlton Group successfully originating and divesting $1.5 Billion of Non-Performing commercial and residential loan and REO assets nationally on behalf of banks and special servicers.
Senior Financial Analyst
Frank Summers joined Colliers International as a Senior Financial Analyst for the Investment Sales team. Frank is a highly regarded commercial real estate investment and finance professional with over 6 years of experience in senior analyst and analyst roles.
Prior to working at Colliers, Mr. Summers worked as a Senior Acquisitions Analyst at MSM Equities. There he executed underwriting, research and risk analysis for all commercial real estate investment opportunities.
Before MSM Equities, Frank served as a Senior Financing Analyst at Silverthread Capital, LLC where he performed underwriting, research, sizing, structuring, pricing, and due diligence commercial real estate loan opportunities.
Jack Callahan is an experienced commercial real estate professional mainly focused on tenant & landlord representation in the New Jersey market but has also completed transactions on a multinational basis. Areas of expertise include acquisitions/dispositions, lease negotiation/renewals, site selection, cost/value analysis, transportation analysis, amongst others. Since joining Colliers International is 2014, Jack has already conducted over 1 million square feet of transactions for both industrial and office users in his young career. He also has a focus in the Life Sciences/Technology industry where he's worked with various life science/tech startups assisting them in managing future growth forecasts, lease analysis, site selection, and implementing flexible lease strategies for his clients to achieve their long term business goals.
Mr. Callahan was recently promoted to Associate Director in 2016 and is an active member in local chambers, BioNJ, NJTC, and various community platforms.
