Senior Client Services Specialist
Kirsten is the Client Services Specialist for industrial, retail and land service brokerage teams, based in Tampa, Florida. She is responsible for the creation of all marketing materials for new assignments as well as administration and execution of transactions procedures. Kirsten is also involved in the formation of e-marketing strategies and the designing of property websites, sales presentations, organization charts, and financial spreadsheets. She also assists with client communication, tracking marketing efforts and reporting progress to clients on a regular basis.
Kirsten provides an exceptional level of support to brokers and clients by creating a marketing plan for the timely completion of projects, coordinating property launches, and managing team efforts to achieve a successful outcome.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Kirsten was a Client Coordinator for one of the top producing office leasing teams in the Tampa Bay area at Cushman & Wakefield, and has worked in commercial real estate for fifteen years.
Kirsten has been a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate since 2004. She graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts, with emphasis in Advanced Writing, Political Science, and German. She has studied abroad and speaks fluent German. She has also taught elementary school in China.
Memberships & Involvements
Kirsten has served as President and Vice President of Education for the Suncoast Toastmasters club, and has achieved the levels of “Competent Communicator” and “Advanced Leader Bronze” in Toastmasters International. She is currently working toward the “Distinguished Toastmaster” designation.

Mia Jarrell, MCR, is an Executive Managing Director for Colliers International in Tampa, Florida.
She specializes in portfolio management, corporate real estate and workplace strategy, working on behalf of clients with significant domestic and global real estate assets. Areas of expertise include strategic planning, transaction implementation, site selection, lease administration and project and portfolio management.
Mia entered the commercial real estate field in 2004 with a pharmaceutical background, having worked for Bristol Myers Squibb.
