As a Marketing Specialist for the Cleveland office, I am responsible for the creation and implentation of company marketing strategies that assist the company and the retail team by enhancing their presence in the local market. Property Auctions also have been introduced to our office, I work with the professionals with marketing and creating websites for due diligence booklets and videos. I also work closely with my team on maintaining the social media marketing for the office. I also work closely with my teams in publishing and developing newsletters.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2018, I have worked as a Graphic Designer for an advertising company as well as the Marketing Director for a non-profit theatre company.

I am a licensed real estate salesperson, licensed attorney and licensed auctioneer with a multidisciplinary background in legal, commercial real estate, finance, leasing, due diligence, construction, government, planning, zoning and consulting. Additionally, I have served as court appointed receiver or agent to receiver in 12 Ohio counties and in Federal Court. Those companies seeking a professional to handle all aspects of a complex commercial real estate assignment would be well-served by engaging me and my team of real estate professionals at Colliers International. Careful, thorough analysis and creative problem solving skills coupled with a balanced approach to negotiations are some of the dynamic attributes I possess when representing clients of the firm.

Chris Seelig is a Senior Vice President and Principal with Colliers International, a global real estate organization with more than 450 offices worldwide.
Mr. Seelig, who joined Colliers International in 2013, oversees the Retail Services Group at the Cleveland office. Specializing in retail tenant representation, landlord representation and restaurant leasing throughout Ohio, Chris has personally participated in and managed over 675 sale and lease transactions, with an aggregate value in excess of $375 million. With more than 20 years of experience representing both landlords and tenants, Chris has handled assignments throughout Ohio and the Midwest. His experience includes investment sales, land assemblage, corporate dispositions, REO properties, zoning and development.

Katie Hurtuk Watts specializes in Brokerage Services, assisting local and global businesses with their real estate needs. Her responsibilities include lease negotiation, complex financial analysis, leveraging market opportunities, and new business development. With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, Katie is recognized for providing exceptional representation to her clients in support of their business goals and operating strategies, and has been actively involved in transactions comprising in excess of $550,000,000. Katie’s strong communication skills, diligence, and strategic approach enable her to consistently achieve the most favorable transaction terms for her clients.
Ryan specializes in a full range of real estate services including landlord and tenant representation, land acquisition and disposition, and property redevelopment.
Ryan began his commercial real estate career in 2000 with Regency Centers, a national owner and operator of community shopping centers, where he lead negotiations relative to lease agreements and contract renewals. In 2003, Ryan joined DDR (now SITE Centers) where he focused on the sale of development tracts, outparcel ground leases, and purchase agreements. Immediately prior to joining Colliers International, Ryan was an associate with Kowit and Passov Real Estate Group.
Lauren has more than 5 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, and 4 years of prior experience in property management and real estate development. In her time at Colliers, Lauren, who specializes in Landlord Representation, has been actively involved in over 185 transactions totaling over 520,000 SF.
Prior to her career at Colliers, Lauren spent several years in other areas of the real estate world. Lauren's career began with the real estate arm of PlayhouseSquare in property management, helping to oversee over 1.5 million square feet of property throughout Northeast Ohio. Lauren then spent two years with a local real estate developer in Downtown Cleveland, working with a team to revitalize 60,000 SF of ground floor small-format retail space. In just over twelve months, they were able to take the property from 40% to 100% occupancy.
Alex is an Associate with Colliers International | Cleveland-Akron specializing in retail and office landlord representation, tenant representation and sales, along with land assemblage and disposition. With a background in real estate finance, planning and zoning, Alex brings a diverse skill set that allows him to effectively serve a variety of clients.
Born and raised a Clevelander, Alex has a thorough understanding of the Cleveland-Akron market which he carries into every assignment. His detailed-oriented analysis and problem-solving skills along with his ability to read and identify market trends are some of the critical attributes that he applies when representing corporate, institutional and local clients in the leasing, sale and consultation of retail, office and land transactions.
Alex began his career at Colliers as an intern with the James | Bitton Group, a top-producing retail brokerage team in the Columbus office, where he developed an extensive understanding of valuation, prospecting and analysis of retail investment properties. After graduating from Ohio State University in May 2018, Alex returned to his hometown to continue working with Colliers in the Cleveland-Akron market.
Joe Bauhof is an associate with a background in supply chain and economics. As an associate of the Cleveland Capital Markets team, Joe will be focusing his efforts on real estate solutions supporting the auction of retail, industrial, and office clientele. Originally from York, Pennsylvania, Joe strives to add value to his clients through detailed analytics and superior customer service.
As an associate Joe will be working with Mark Abood on the capital markets team, where he will gain a new exposure to commercial real estate as well as the auction process. It is here, that he hopes to be in contact with all of retail, office, and industrial properties. Joe hopes to apply his supply chain/distribution background to industrial clientele in the future.
Before coming to Colliers Cleveland, Joe earned his B.A. in economics from The Pennsylvania State University. During his tenure, he spent three summers working in the supply chain engineering field, two of which were at Precision Distribution Consulting Inc., a global supply chain firm based out of York, PA. There, he worked on warehouse and distribution center design, as well as last mile delivery optimization projects for companies such as Domino's Pizza and the Walt Disney Company.
Fabi is a Vice President with Colliers International, a global real estate organization with more than 18,000 professionals in 554 offices worldwide.
Fabi, who joined Colliers International in 2020, will work in the Retail Services Group at the Cleveland-Akron office. She brings more than 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. With a multidisciplinary background in mixed-use projects in urban and university settings, she is well versed and skillful in working with landlords and tenants throughout several phases of the real estate development and leasing cycles, including but not limited to due diligence, acquisition, zoning, construction, lease negotiation, tenant coordination and property management.
During her years in real estate she has travelled extensively and has handled assignments throughout Ohio, the Midwest, and Upstate New York. She specializes in retail and hospitality leasing and participated in the redevelopment and leasing of historic Flats East Bank as well as several new developments at University Campuses settings including but not limited to University of Rochester & Medical Center, Kent State and Iowa State, totaling over $1 Billion in new construction.
