Digital Manager, Southwest Region
As the digital manager for Colliers International | Southwest Region, my focus is to enhance the creative technical aspects of marketing on behalf of internal and external stakeholders. Working with marketing teams across the Southwest, I generate, execute and evaluate digital marketing strategies to implement best-in-class methods throughout the region.
Responsibilities encompass digital presentations, video initiatives, custom property websites, email marketing campaigns and social media strategies that enhance and raise the profile of our organization and professionals.
I conceive and execute digital marketing campaigns and strategies that increase engagement for our business. I continually leverage externally facing technologies; create data-driven, trackable and measure digital marketing initiatives; and oversee the implementation of new digital communication tools.
Regardless of the industry, I have a heart for great brands and for companies and people that pursue something bigger than themselves. I have worked in various areas across the creative marketing field. I have had the opportunity to work with talented creative production studios, driven not-for-profit organizations, and thriving global companies—with their own missions, all with the same goal of collaboration, and ultimately, to be the absolute best at what they do.
More important than the titles I have held or the companies on my resume is my passion and drive for greatness. I am not the type of person to settle for anything less than the best, from myself, from my team or the organization I am devoted to. I am strongly believe greatness is worth striving for and is inside each of us.

In my role as Director of Business Development & Strategic Resources | Southwest Region, I serve as business partner and advisor to the regional president, division leadership and local markets for all offices in Arizona, Nevada, Greater Los Angeles, San Diego and Utah.
In partnership with national marketing and research, the regional president, market leaders and key stakeholders, I am tasked with developing a highly effective salesforce to achieve organic growth and gain market share.
Collaborating with regional and local leadership teams and brokers, I am focused on developing and implementing marketing and research strategies to position the region as a leader in the commercial real estate industry through innovative and measurable tactics. My goal is to elevate our marketing and research teams to operate as strategic partners to our brokers.
Working closely with key support functions, I assist in managing the business development process, the identification and qualification of opportunities, and the assignment of new opportunities to local or regional pursuit resources and/or the national Business Development Center. I am accountable for developing the structure and resources required to execute business development plans for the region.
Previously, I served as marketing director for Colliers International in Arizona and regional marketing ambassador for Colliers’ Southwest Region, where I fostered a culture of innovation and collaboration that informs, connects and advances the interests of our clients and professionals through business development, property marketing, public relations and digital engagement.
As marketing director for Arizona, I led an innovative marketing team strongly focused on business development. My young and innovative approach resulted in new strategies for commercial real estate marketing, focused on the growing influence of social media and the changing landscape of the new economy. As a vital client-facing professional, I have been actively involved with brokerage professionals in pitching new business. Throughout the creative process, I worked hand-in-hand with brokers and staff to develop highly effective marketing concepts and strategies.
As regional marketing ambassador for the Southwest Region, I partnered with regional and national marketing leaders to cascade regional initiatives and objectives to local marketing directors, managers and Colliers Centers of Excellence leaders. I guided a network of marketing experts to develop actionable marketing initiatives, champion the adoption of new technology, and identify and implement best-in-class marketing processes and practices. Working with local marketing managers and directors, I found avenues to strategically partner with business line leaders to target and win new business.
My work with Colliers has allowed me to combine my passion for growing the company’s business through marketing with my commitment to values and ethics. I joined Colliers in 2015, with enthusiasm for the company’s unique value-based culture and am dedicated to moving that mission forward.
I demonstrate exceptional skill and expertise in several core components of marketing, including business development, branding, asset positioning, property-marketing campaigns, public relations and advertising. I bring more than 12 years of extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of marketing, business development and graphic design.
My tenure in the commercial real estate industry began in 2007, when I served as a graphic designer at Grubb & Ellis. I left the commercial real estate industry for a few years to hone my skills at Campbell Fisher Design (now known as Fisher). I returned to commercial real estate in 2013, joining Cushman & Wakefield as manager of its marketing department for Arizona.
Creative Manager, Southwest Region
In my role as creative manager for Colliers International | Southwest Region, I work alongside our Director of Business Development & Strategic Resources | Southwest Region, Vanessa Williams, focusing on business development, pitches and presentations to support our professionals in capturing new business. As marketing continually evolves, I consider new trends to develop fresh and innovative designs for marketing messaging, branding and advertising campaigns. By continually evaluating best practices, I determine messaging and design formats that will drive the greatest impact and interaction.
Through meetings and collaboration with our professionals, clients and design staff, I develop concepts to effectively market properties and services. Working on behalf of more than 100 professionals, I design and create highly-specialized property marketing campaigns, including logos, branding elements, property brochures and booklets, fact sheets, eblasts, postcards and related materials. During the design process, I ensure Colliers' branding standards are met in the visual execution of all collateral.
My responsibilities also include overseeing all print marketing materials, serving as the print design lead with final signoff for print jobs, and assisting in developing print ad layouts for placement in various local and regional publications.
One of my key functions is to provide ongoing support, consultation and training to assist staff in creating effective marketing materials, while ensuring projects are on-schedule and completed by established deadlines.
I previously served as regional marketing lead for the Southwest Region for the Colliers Centers of Excellence (CCOE) team of subject matter experts. In this role, I provided strong mentorship and leadership to CCOE team members. I facilitated training in partnership with the Regional Ambassador and national leadership. I also provided field direction to subject matter experts and identified and shared best-in-class strategies, tactics and deliverables to elevate service and delivery to both internal and external clients.
I joined Colliers International in 2005.
Junior Graphic Designer
As a junior graphic designer for Colliers International in Arizona, I provide creative design and marketing solutions for brokerage professionals in support of business development. Working with projects from concept to design to delivery, I am responsible for developing property brochures, signage, logos, broker promotional materials, company collateral, and custom email marketing.
During meetings with brokers and staff, I work with them to define project requirements, understand their design needs, flush out their ideas and offer creative marketing solutions. Taking their initial ideas, I then turn their messages into well-designed physical or digital formats that effectively help brokers grow their business and stand out in the marketplace.
As a service-oriented professional with a commitment to producing results within strict deadlines, I ensure materials are delivered with the highest quality and branding standards. I am a conceptual thinker who believes design can and should make a positive impact, and am always up to learning new skills and tackling new challenges. Colleagues describe me as a collaborative team member, who is meticulous, detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
My advanced skills include Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects), Constant Contact email marketing, Microsoft Office, and SketchUp (3D modeling software). With a diverse background in design and marketing, my experience includes working with both large corporate and small local companies. I have developed and adapted my skills and created a wide array of designs across various print and digital formats.
I was involved in creating a variety of graphics for various events hosted by Square Egg Entertainment, including Phoenix Fan Fusion (formerly Phoenix Comicon), Minnesota Fan Fusion and Vegas Fan Fusion. I created designs for web, social media, apparel, promotional items and print collateral. As senior graphic designer and production assistant for Sportex Safety, I worked under tight deadlines to create graphics and production-ready files for a broad range of mediums, including screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, print media, banners and signs.
