Kristina joined Colliers in 2014 and using her knowledge and experience, she has quickly excelled within our Industrial and Land Team. Her area of expertise includes developing and maintaining a staged marketing program for listing assignments, listing pitches, proposals and agreements, tenant/buyer site tour coordination, market research, marketing initiatives, online database maintenance and tracking deals, client support, and contract/lease administration. She is experienced in the use of advanced software programs for use in the marketing and collateral of industrial and land properties.
Kristina earned both the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) and Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPMC and CPRC are the first and only accreditations for commercial real estate marketing and research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
Prior to her Project Coordinator role she worked as an Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator at S.E. Covington & Company where she assisted in the launching and marketing of the project leasing division totaling more than 1.8 million square feet of industrial, retail, and office space. She also created a new image for the company’s marketing materials and website.

Gary Mabray has more than 45 years of experience in commercial real estate in Houston and the Gulf Coast region. As an industrial real estate professional he has particular expertise in warehouse, rail served properties, fabrication facilities, and ship channel sites. He began his sales career with Texas Industries, selling construction materials, before joining his father, Tom C. Mabray, in the family commercial real estate brokerage business. During his career, Mr. Mabray has represented a broad range of public and private corporate clients in both industrial and office transactions.
While at Colliers International, he has consistently ranked among the company’s top producing brokers, receiving the Top Producer and Deal of the Year Award and ranking as a Top 10 Producer numerous times over the last 10 years.

Jon specializes in the industrial and land sectors of the Houston MSA commercial real estate market. He has 10 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed more than 300 transactions. These transactions include tenant and buyer representation, dispositions, design/construct, and build-to-suit evaluations. In addition to brokerage Jon has extensive knowledge of investment real estate and has advised clients with the acquisition and development of several land tracks and income producing assets. His track record of brokerage and advisement services enables Jon to provide unparalleled value to his clients.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jon worked at a large local real estate firm and co-founded a boutique real estate firm. In 2015, he joined Colliers to advise his clients not only in the Houston local market, but also on a global basis if desired.
Jon is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a double major (Finance and Banking Institutions) while lettering three years with the baseball team. He was drafted by the New York Yankees in 2004.

Paul Dominique is an associate for Colliers International’s Houston Industrial and Land team. He specializes in Industrial Tenant and landlord representation in the Greater Houston market, representing clients in both lease and sales transactions. Paul began working with Jon Lindenberger in the Industrial and Land services group at Colliers International Houston in 2017. He began is real estate career in 2014 in Baton Rouge, LA working for a private regional firm and has extensive knowledge of both the Houston and South Louisiana markets. Paul has completed transactions spanning across an array of industries, including logistics, distribution, manufacturing and food/beverage. Paul has been involved in many different commercial real estate transaction and services throughout his career, including, sales, build-to-suits, investments, site selection, lease negotiation, lease restructure, and sale/leasebacks.

Walker focuses primarily on industrial real estate sale and lease transactions involving warehouses, manufacturing facilities and land in the greater Houston area. He was named Principal in 2010, and was elected as a Director in 2013. He serves on the firm’s Governance Committee. He also leads the industrial division of the firm, a group comprised of 22 industrial real estate specialists.
He has demonstrated consistent leadership in revenue production and has been recognized as a regular top ten performer in Houston. Walker has also achieved revenue performance in the top 10% of all Colliers offices worldwide.
Prior to joining Colliers, he graduated from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University. While earning an MBA, he worked for FedEx in Hong Kong. Prior to graduate school, Mr. Barnett served for four years on the legislative staff of United States Senator Bill Frist in Washington, DC.

Ryan joined Colliers International as an Associate in the Industrial and Land Services Group in 2013, specializing in land sales, acquisitions, and tenant/owner representation.
Since joining Colliers, Ryan has completed more than 3.5 million square feet in industrial transactions and more than 330 acres in land transactions.
Vice President | Houston
Jason focuses primarily on industrial and office real estate investment sales. This includes buyer representation, property disposition, build-to-suit evaluations, development, sale-leasebacks, design-build, and other investment oriented transactions. He has ten years of commercial real-estate experience within the investment services sector and represents clients ranging from small private funds and family offices to publically traded REITs and other institutional investors.
Prior to Colliers, Jason worked for a small boutique commercial real estate firm where he was responsible for the upstart of the investment sales division.

Mr. Willis has worked with local developers to identify inner city industrial properties for redevelopment and has served as a tenant representative for multi-national companies looking to expand their distribution and manufacturing presence in Houston, the nation's fourth largest industrial market. He has completed more than 350 transactions in real estate totaling nearly $1 Billion in sales and lease values.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Mr. Willis worked for Avison Young, a commercial real estate firm, representing clients in the buying, selling and leasing of real estate. Prior to his real estate brokerage career, he ran a successful small environmental services business that focused on industrial developments across Houston, implementing erosion control plans, landscape designs and installations for large institutional grade developers.
