I joined Colliers in 2017 as a research associate. I assisted with publishing quarterly statistical reports for each property discipline, compiled market statistics, and maintained databases for sales and lease comps. I also conducted industry research using various in-house and on-line resources.

Serving dual roles for Colliers as vice president, account management for the Americas, and as senior vice president for Colliers in Arizona, I specialize in corporate solutions, including portfolio management, corporate real estate and workplace strategy, working on behalf of clients with significant domestic and global real estate assets. Areas of expertise include strategic planning, transaction implementation, site selection, lease administration, and project and portfolio management.
With more than 25 years of in-depth experience in corporate real estate, I have completed transactions in excess of 10 million square feet in more than 100 markets throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Partnering with Phil Breidenbach, SIOR, executive vice president; and Kyle York, associate, our team provides exceptional service and strategic solutions to our clients, representing buyers, tenants, owners and landlords. Sarah Stecko, CPMC, senior client services specialist, coordinates the team’s transactional administration and marketing services.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was a principal with Cresa Phoenix for seven years, specializing in corporate real estate. Previously, I managed the corporate real estate portfolio for First Health Group based in Scottsdale for 13 years. The portfolio consisted of more than 2.7 million square feet with an annual operating budget of $33 million.

As a senior client services specialist with Colliers International, I manage the marketing and client services activities for a high-profile, senior brokerage team that specializes in office properties and corporate solutions. My marketing background, coupled with in-depth industry knowledge, enables me to deliver strategic and creative marketing solutions tailored to the requirements of our team, properties and clients.
Our team includes Phil Breidenbach, SIOR, executive vice president; and Kathy Foster, MCR.w, senior vice president; and Kyle York, associate. Kathy Foster also serves as vice president, account management for Corporate Solutions in the Americas.
As a highly organized and results-driven professional, I thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where no two days are the same. My colleagues describe me as a collaborative partner with a strong work ethic, who continually strives to enhance her skills and knowledge.
My goal is to help my team tell compelling visual and written stories that ultimately lead to successful transactions for our clients. Marketing responsibilities include creating print and digital collateral; developing property marketing campaigns; arranging open houses, tours and clients events; and maintaining property listings across various platforms. In support of business development, I create and prepare content for listing proposals, pitches and presentations.
To facilitate communication with the team’s clients, I maintain our client database and prepare property and deal activity reports, ensuring information is shared in a timely and efficient manner. Transaction administration responsibilities include drafting sale and lease documents, and coordinating the transaction and due diligence processes.
I have advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign and Photoshop, and am highly proficient in the use of digital marketing platforms, including Constant Contact, MailChimp, FireDrum, WordPress, and social media. I am well-versed in using CoStar, LoopNet and CREXi for property marketing and research.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was a marketing specialist with NAI Horizon, collaborating with brokerage teams to create consistently branded marketing materials, including brochures, site plans, proposals and offering memorandums.
Previously, I served as the editor-in-chief for Commercial Executive Magazine, where I oversaw print and online layouts, wrote and edited content, conducted interviews, assigned stories, and managed social media platforms. My background also includes public relations and marketing internships with R&R Partners, Allied Integrated Marketing and Knoodle Advertising Agency.
