About

Professional Summary

I specialize in the sale and financing of large investment properties and have closed over $2.5 billion in total transactions in my 30 years of commercial real estate experience. The skill clients most often appreciate is my expertise at matching properties with the perfect purchaser. I am typically able to find the “needle in the haystack buyer” or the unique buyer who is willing to pay more than the rest of the market.

In 2015, I was inducted into Colliers’ prestigious Everest Club. The Everest Club recognizes the top 10 percent of all Colliers professionals in brokerage, valuation and Corporate Solutions across the Americas region.

Before joining Colliers, I worked for Florida Community Housing Assistance Corporation where I was the director of acquisitions and dispositions for their portfolio of multi-family assets. I have also worked for The Aztec Group and Grubb & Ellis since moving to Florida in 1994. Prior to my tenure in Florida, I was the marketing director and acquisitions manager for Minkoff Development Corp., in Gaithersburg, MD. My activities there included the marketing and leasing of a large commercial property portfolio and the identification and analysis of potential commercial development sites. I started my commercial real estate career with Weaver Bros., the oldest commercial real estate brokerage firm in Washington, D.C.
