Laura is a Marketing Specialist for Colliers International in Atlanta, GA. In her role, Laura supports the marketing strategy for the Atlanta office including property marketing, business development, digital and content strategies, and competitive differentiation of Colliers Atlanta and its brokerage teams. Laura focuses on strategic marketing initiatives to help grow the longterm marketing pipeline for Colliers brokers and clients through an intimate understanding of inbound marketing best practices and knowledge-based content. She relies heavily on a balance of strong analytical insights and creative ingenuity to implement data-supported strategies that drive ROI on marketing plans.
Laura began her real estate career in 2016 as a Marketing Coordinator at Colliers International in Tampa, FL. After a short stint as Marketing Manager for Tampa Bay Industrial Advisors at Cushman & Wakefield, she rejoined Colliers in its Atlanta office. Laura specializes in marketing strategy with a strong focus on improving inbound marketing leads and "reversing the pipeline" from outbound lead generation and freeing up valuable time for brokers in the Atlanta office to focus on providing excellent service to their clients instead of scouting new business. She works cross-departmentally with the corporate CRM team to implement a data-driven digital strategy that intelligently drives pipeline while employing vendor relationships with copywriters, PR Firms, and graphic designers to execute a knowledge-based, experiential content strategy that drives lead conversion.
As a member of the Colliers Centers of Excellence, Laura is recognized across the organization as a subject matter expert in marketing best practices, digital strategy and business development. She has also received certifications in Commercial Property Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Email Marketing and is currently pursuing the American Marketing Association's Professional Certified Marketer® Digital Marketing certification.
Laura is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoys traveling.
