Prior to her career at Colliers, Lauren spent several years in other areas of the real estate world. Lauren's career began with the real estate arm of PlayhouseSquare in property management, helping to oversee over 1.5 million square feet of property throughout Northeast Ohio. Lauren then spent two years with a local real estate developer in Downtown Cleveland, working with a team to revitalize 60,000 SF of ground floor small-format retail space. In just over twelve months, they were able to take the property from 40% to 100% occupancy.
