Professional Summary

As the Vice President of Strategy & Innovation for the Columbus office, Leslie is a change agent, dedicated to implementing projects and driving improvement throughout Colliers | Columbus and its affiliated companies. Using technology and process improvement, Leslie works with various service lines and departments to ensure that innovation and strategy are integrated and implemented conciously and consistently.  As part of the leadership team at Colliers | Columbus, Leslie works to create strategic efficiencies and drive success throughout all levels of the organization.

Leslie also works closely with the marketing and research teams, creating strategic marketing plans and coaching and mentoring marketing specialists, administrative professionals and others who deal with communications and branding. She spearheads corporate branding initiatives, external client communications and numerous internal programs  designed to highlight our four core values of expertise, service, community and fun.

In her decade at  Colliers International, Leslie has previously held numerous roles including Marketing & Research Manager in Columbus, and Director of Marketing in Ohio.  

Prior to joining Colliers International, Leslie was the Marketing Manager at Prudential Locations, Hawaii’s largest locally-owned residential real estate firm. At Prudential, some of her responsibilities included serving the marketing needs of 250 brokers, revamping the high-end, luxury brand of Fine Homes International and managing a direct mail program that sent out 60,000 pieces annually.

Before joining the real estate industry, Leslie worked in internal communications and marketing for the corporate office of Things Remembered, a speciality retailer with more than 700 stores.​

Accomplishments

Leslie was the 2014 winner of the Colliers | Columbus Founder's Award. She was also the recipient of the President's Award for the Central Ohio Chapter of NAIOP in 2010. She has also been the winner of the Spirit of Colliers Award in 2010, the Adena Award in 2007 and Administrative Associate of the Year award in 2007.

Leslie has sat on the Board for Girls on the Run of Franklin County, a life-changing, nonprofit, prevention program for girls in the 3rd-8th grade that inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. She served on the Executive Committee as the Board Nominating Chair, and participated on the Marketing Committee.

Leslie also spearheads the Building Up Communities program at Colliers in Ohio. Building Up Communities is a program created to get Colliers | Ohio team members involved in volunteerism several times a year.​​

Education:

Leslie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, with a specialization in Public Relations. While there, she was an Account Manager for ImPRessions, the #1 ranked student-run public relations firm in the country.  She also minored in English and Retail Merchandising.
