As Transaction Manager, I am focused on customer service. Throughout my commercial real estate career, I have actively participated in transactions totaling approximately $1.5B in value. My responsibilities include, not just executing lease acquisition or disposition, but also serving as my clients’ advocate throughout the process.
My real estate career began in 2000 as an Investment Analyst with Equity Investment Group, where I was actively involved in the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers throughout the United States. From there, I worked at Kimco Realty, serving as asset manager on a portfolio with General Electric and managed the disposition process of Kimco’s Midwestern and Western regions. In 2007, I joined First Industrial Realty Trust where I oversaw the budgets of developments in the Eastern region and continued to be actively involved in the acquisition process.
Prior to joining Colliers, I have consulted landlords and brokers on the acquisition, disposition and refinancing of shopping centers and industrial buildings totaling approximately $150 million in value.
