I am a specialist in the leasing and sale of office properties, representing both tenants and landlords. As a senior vice president with Colliers International, I provide a full range of commercial real estate services, developing strategies and identifying opportunities that align with each client's business objectives. I am focused on providing exceptional service and strategic solutions.
With a deep understanding of the subtleties of the market, I use my knowledge and expertise to guide clients towards informed and strategic real estate decisions, while minimizing risk and maximizing value. I support office tenants by helping them select the ideal space that fulfils their real estate and business requirements. Through focused lease negotiations, I engineer a lease that provides a business with maximum flexibility and security. A tenant’s growth over time is supported—not constrained—by their physical space. Recognizing a lease is often the second-greatest expenditure for a business after payroll, I keep my tenants’ financial objectives in the forefront.
Landlords benefit from effective property positioning and leasing strategies designed to secure the right tenants, while building value. Whether Class A space in a downtown high-rise, suburban office development or historical building, I provide guidance to lease, manage and market office space. I serve as a single point of accountability and collaborate with Colliers specialists in a variety of service areas at each stage of the property ownership cycle.
As a skilled negotiator, I quickly grasp the challenge in any situation and identify and implement solutions. I am extremely focused, with an instinctive ability to understand and target the needs of my clients. With more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience, I have represented a wide variety of tenant and landlord clients. I ensure my clients have the tools and resources necessary to make educated commercial real estate decisions.
As an active member of Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (AZCREW), I serve on the Board of Directors and as Programs Committee Chair. I am also a member of CoreNet Global.
