Vice President, Marketing | South Carolina
As Vice President of Marketing for Colliers International South Carolina, my role is to provide the company with an enhanced creative and analytical platform for Colliers’ brokerage associates, property and project managers and clients through the management of the company’s marketing and communications strategies.
As Vice President of Marketing for Colliers International, I am responsible for strategizing to position the company as South Carolina’s leader in the commercial real estate industry. To accomplish this goal, I work with our marketing coordinators to create innovative marketing concepts that promote the vision of our clients.
I aim to develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to position the company as South Carolina’s leader in the commercial real estate industry by driving innovative marketing concepts to further advance the goals of the company and our clients. I am also responsible for all media relations throughout South Carolina.
I served on the 2014 International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Carolinas Idea Exchange Social Media Panel. In 2015, I received the award for “Best New Business Proposal in the Americas” at the Colliers International Marketing & Research Conference. In 2016, I was again recognized by Colliers International | USA, this time for Top Marketing Contributor of the Year and Best Market Intelligence Initiative.
Additionally, in 2015, I was awarded the Colliers International | South Carolina’s President’s Award. I was chosen as the recipient of the award for superior achievements and successful implementation of creative and innovative strategies to enhance the company’s marketing platform. In 2016, I was also named one of Columbia Business Monthly’s “Best & Brightest”.
Active in the community, I assist a committee each year with Colliers International’s United Way Campaign.
I have been an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network Midlands Chapter since 2013. I have held several leadership roles, currently serving as President-Elect and Chairs of the Community Outreach and Education Committees.
I am also a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Palmetto Chapter, serving on the Board of Directors and as Co-Chair of the Programs Committee. In addition, I served on the Southeast Planning Board and co-chaired the Transportation and Logistics Committee for the 2016 Southeast Regional Conference in Charleston, SC.
I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
My professional experience includes five years of providing marketing services for an architecture, engineering and interior design firm. Prior to my promotion to Director of Marketing, I was a Brokerage Assistant to Colliers International’s South Carolina Retail Services Group. In 2016, I completed CREW Network’s Leadership Certification Program, which focused on negotiation tactics, financial modeling and strategic leadership.
