Prior to joining Colliers International, Mr. Williford was a Director at HFF in Denver, Colorado, one of the largest and most successful commercial real estate capital intermediaries serving the United States and Western Europe. Prior to joining HFF, Mr. Williford was a leasing broker with SullivanHayes focused on tenant and landlord representation where he completed more than 500,000 square feet of lease transactions. He began his career in real estate as an intern at The Wilton Companies in Richmond, Virginia.

Emily has over nine years of experience as a Graphic Designer. Her design background and knowledge are diverse, with a strong focus on communications, marketing, and creative direction. Over the course of her career, she has had the opportunity to design within a variety of different industries, including government, healthcare, restaurants, education, and amusement parks.
Emily joined Colliers International in April 2019 as a Graphic Designer. In this role, she supports the Richmond Capital Markets Team with their varied marketing design needs, such as offering packages, e-blast templates, and web graphics.
Prior to joining Colliers, Emily served as a graphic designer on the Global Communications team at Owens & Minor, a Fortune 500 healthcare services company. While there, she was responsible for conceptualizing and directing the visual style of company-wide and business unit specific communications projects. Emily also worked directly with c-suite executives to craft designs that effectively communicated business strategies and goals.

Sterling Merrill began a financial analyst role in commercial real estate in 2017. His primary focus has centered around financial analysis, portfolio analysis, property valuation/underwriting, investment management, loan servicing, lender relations and investor relations. Sterling performs a dual role as both an Asset Manager for the Real Estate Management Services department and as a Financial Analyst for the Capital Markets Investment Sales team - based out of Richmond, VA.
Sterling has experience in managing and underwriting an array of asset classes including Office, Retail, Medical, Industrial, and GSA. His REMS and Capital Markets support spans nationally across a variety of locations and states.
