Regional Engineering Manager
Mark has over 35 years of professional experience in commercial property management, operations, construction management, maintenance and engineering. He has held positions as a facility engineer, chief engineer, project manager and facility manager. Mark has served on state, municipal and professional committees in the interest of providing his education and experience to benefit his community and as a service to the real estate industry.
Mark coordinates work assignments, oversees operation transitions for new managed accounts, implements ongoing engineering programs and systems, provides consulting services and project management services to ensure our clients receive optimal delivery of maintenance and construction services.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Mark was Senior Vice President in the property management division at NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson overseeing engineering and property management services. While at NAI NBS Mark built a high-quality and professional Engineering Services Division and was an active member of its strategic planning team.

Mark holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. Mark has obtained a designation as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED®-AP) and is licensed as an Oregon Real Estate Broker.
